Metal Box are server cabinets for Data Centers.

 The Metal Box server cabinet  is designed to meet all the requirements of modern data centers. The universal design of the server cabinet allows you to install any telecommunications equipment in the cabinet and provides convenient maintenance of the equipment.

The Metal Box floor cabinet  is designed to accommodate server and other active telecommunications equipment with active cooling. The cabinet has an attractive design and can be installed in both office and industrial premises. The strengthened design allows to install the equipment with a total weight up to 1500 kg.

The basic package of the cabinet includes both  reinforced casters  and  adjustable legs .

The side panels are two-section. Each panel is installed separately. All cabinet locks are made under one key. Cable entry can be made either from above or from below. 

Units are marked on the profiles  . Access for installation, switching and maintenance is possible from four sides, through the side horizontal walls, front and rear doors. The cabinet has 4 vertical guides, with convenient depth adjustment.

For the organization of a linear installation, a convenient  fastening of the cabinets  between each other is provided. 

The cabinet is delivered disassembled. Metal Box is equipped as standard with single and double doors with an increased  perforation area of ​​at least 80% .

The data and power cables are entered into the floor cabinet through the roof and/or bottom.

The cable entries are located opposite the front and rear 19" mounting rails.

Vertical  flat organizers  are included with the cabinet. They have hinges for quick mounting of vertical power distribution units (PDUs).

The standard package of all Metal Box cabinets includes a grounding system, as well as all the necessary components for assembling the cabinet and a set of fasteners for equipment (screws, washers, nuts - 40 pcs).
