Building the infrastructure of Container Data Processing Centers is one of the main activities of NAG LLC. The company not only uses its own products and developments in the field of engineering systems, but also works closely with leading equipment manufacturers. The NAG company develops a complete set of design and operational documentation, and also assists in training the Customer's personnel to prepare them for servicing the constructed Container Data Center.
It is possible to build a data center in a container and modular design. The configuration and design is selected depending on the individual wishes of the customer.

The prefabricated structural system is all-welded, made of metal profiles, external profiled metal sheet, non-combustible heat-insulating material, internal finishing with galvanized profiled sheet, allowing to obtain two clean and airtight rooms. The module for the placement of engineering infrastructure is a constructive structure ready for installation of equipment. It has the necessary strength, allows you to place equipment inside, has the required number of embedded elements in the walls and in the ceiling, allowing you to hang and fix elements of the engineering infrastructure.
As part of the container design, elements are provided to ensure the possibility of its reusable loading and unloading onto transport by crane equipment. The container has a division into functional zones, as well as a physical division inside the data center, into a hot aisle, a cold aisle, and a tambour gateway. The tambour gateway has a partition with a hot and cold aisle, which makes it possible to ensure the temperature and humidity conditions in the compartments with IT equipment and to delimit access.
Insulation: non-combustible mineral wool on a basalt basis. The fire resistance limit of walls, floors and ceilings is at least EI 60. The design of the entire complex allows transportation in finished form without the need for construction and installation work at the site of operation.
The doors are single-leaf, the door lock with an anti-blocking device is equipped with an anti-panic mechanism.
The container data center is a constructive, ready to install equipment. It has the necessary strength, the required number of embedded elements in the walls and in the ceiling, allowing you to hang and fix elements of the engineering infrastructure. The floor of the module is coated with homogeneous antistatic linoleum, designed for loads up to 1500 kg/m2
Each Container Data Center has the following composition of engineering systems:
mounting structures (modules, trays, cabinets);
power supply system (including uninterrupted and guaranteed) and lighting;
grounding and potential equalization system;
air conditioning and ventilation system;
security systems;
automatic gas fire extinguishing system;
automated monitoring and control system;
